Splendid 2BR 2BA Apt – 12 Min Walk to SM Pier

The location was good. Once we found the garage to park, it was an easy stay. The city noise the first night was not good but the host cannot help that. The internet connect was poor unless you were right in the living room. To save on electricity, it would be nice to have some floor fans in the bedrooms. That way you can open windows and circulate the cool outside air, inside. Other than the internet connection being crappy, our stay was wonderful and we would love to stay again someday. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean.

The internet connection was poor and non-existent in the bedrooms. You had to be in the living room to get decent internet connection. Floor fans or ceiling fans would be helpful to help circulate the air so the AC doesn't run too much.

Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Wir haben selbst Schneidebretter gekauft. Messer schneiden überhaupt nicht, Geschirrspüler kaputt und Spüle läuft nicht ab, obwohl bereits am ersten Tag ein Handwerker kam (Reparatur hat nicht lange gehalten) - Apartment sehr laut (Straßenlärm) und Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ab. Adresse im ersten Moment verwirrend, da nicht wie in booking angegeben.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were large, the balcony was pleasant, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities.

The check-in process was inconvenient. We followed the instructions and contacted the designated person, but received a late response and were redirected to someone else. In the end, we were told that the apartment was already open and we could enter on our own. Considering the apartment was ready, the extra fee for early check-in did not seem reasonable. We also found an insect in the bathroom, and the apartment was not as clean as it first appeared. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects of the stay, but I would probably choose a place closer to the beach next time.
