Lokalizacja i wielkość mieszkania, naprawdę można tam odpocząć bez siedzenia sobie na głowie.
Fajnie jakby była mikrofalówka, czasem się przydaje;) Ale to nie negatywna opinia, może bardziej sugestia.

Doskonałą lokalizacja, piękne mieszkanie urządzone zmyślnie i ciekawie. Sporo przestrzeni. Obiekt godny polecenia.

Bardzo duże, przestronne mieszkanie. Łazienka i WC osobno. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. W sumie 4 miejsca do spania - podwójne łóżko w sypialni, narożnik w salonie i dwa łóżka w pokoju dziecięcym. Bardzo dobry i sprawny kontakt z właścicielami. Lokalizacja też świetna, pod nosem przystanek zarówno tramwajowy jak i autobusowy. Netto i Biedronka kilka minut od apartamentu. Duży plus za solidną ilość książek, puzzli, gier dla dzieci :) Mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe.
W wyposażeniu kuchni zabrakło nam kuchenki mikrofalowej. Myślę, że przydałby się bardziej gruntowny porządek. Apartament jest dobrze posprzątany z wierzchu, jednak np. okna są bardzo brudne i w pokoju dziecięcym jest mnóstwo zabawek zepsutych, nadających się do śmieci.
