Apartment is 15 min from Pietrowska street. Was clean and comfortable. Washing machine is plus and fully equipped kitchen.
The building itself looks neglected. There is no free parking and whole day parking could be costly.

Zdecydowanie na plus bardzo dużo przestrzeni (byliśmy z dwójką dzieci :)), każdy miał swoje osobne miejsce do spania. Kuchnia wyposażona tak jak trzeba, idealne miejsce na pobyt w Łodzi 🙂 dużo książek, nawet kredki i kolorowanki się znalazły. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie i jeszcze otrzymaliśmy pomoc bo podczas pobytu zostawiliśmy zgubę 😅
Jedyny minus to skrzypiące podłogi, ale taki urok budownictwa w kamienicy 😅

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, dobrze wyposażone.
Okolica jest tragiczna, wejście do mieszkania jak z polskich filmów o patologicznych osiedlach. Na tyle że sama bez męża bałam się wyjść z mieszkania. W nocy libacje na klatce i pod oknami. Było głośno i słychać było awantury. Ciężko z małymi dziećmi o spokój. Za to w dzień cisza. Bardzo krótka doba od 16 do 10 rano. Do tego zostaliśmy wpuszczeni jeszcze później bo nie było gotowe nawet na 16. Kłopot z tv, nie działały żadne programy. Mimo zgłoszenia nic nie było poprawione.
