The location, the cleanliness, spacious apartment, helpful staff specially Abdulrasheed
Housekeeping needs extra charge, although not much. Construction noises at the time but if you close the windows or the balcony you barely hear it because of good isolation

The property exceeded our expectations. the location staff,view,cleanliness, amenities, and parking were super great.
Ms.Violeta and Vivi were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. Many thanks. We really enjoyed our time.
Just a small note on the twin bed room the mattress was hard, for us was not comfortable.

كل شي كان ممتاز الموقع مقابل النافوره وبرج خليفه اوبرا شارع حيوي تحت العماره مطاعم (( مطعم دهب روعه ولذيذ)) وسوبرماركت .. الشقه ممتازه
1.غرفه ماستر مع حمامها داخلي اطلاله روعه
2. غرفه سرير زوجي اطلاله روعه مع حمام خارجي
3. غرفه 2 سرير فردي اطلاله روعه مع حمام بالصاله بدون دش .
4. غرفه صغيره سرير نفر بدون اطلاله مع حمام داخلي.
المجموع 4 غرف 4 حمامات .. الصاله مع المطبخ مفتوح متوفر فيه كل شي روعه مع شرفه بلكونه اطلاله خيال امام النافوره وصوتها والاضاءات يعني كل شي روعه .. اشكر الاخت vivi تعامل راقي وابتسامه دائمه ..امان ونظافه.. دبي مول قريب منك مسافه 20 دقيقه تقريبا مشي على الاقدام عن طريق جسر المشاة.. تقييمي 10×10...
فقط ملاحظه صغيره لو لكل غرف تلفزيون خاص بها افضل ((للعلم موجود تلفزيون فالصاله فقط ))

The property was amazing! We went as a group of 4, but more people could have comfortably come. Ms Vivi was amazing, and helped and communicated with us from start to finish. Very clean and spacious property with a great location in downtown Dubai area. Great views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain from the balcony too!
