The pines is very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, very much home from home

We had a wonderful stay :)

With the chalet being nearly new it was immaculate and very comfortable. It exceeded our expectations and was like home from home… we could have stayed longer. The chalet is very well situated and close to the actual centre.

Cozy, tidy and perfect romantic spot.

Ideal location in Aviemore with the centre being a 5 minute walk away. The lodge was lovely and tidy with everything we could possibly need. The property was a lot bigger than we imagined which was a nice surprise and very spacious, just perfect for the two of us. We loved the little ducks that were waddling around. We definitely will be booking again in the future.

Everything was perfect for us other than my boyfriend found the pillows and mattress caused him to have a trapped nerve.

The location to Aviemore was excellent and it was such a nice and peaceful area. The accommodation was so cosy and felt so warm and comfortable to stay in. We loved the whole property and the living and kitchen area was so nice to relax in at night. All the facilities were great and the book with instructions on how everything worked was also very helpful. Accommodation was perfectly clean and well stocked up. Thank you!

The absolutely only thing that wasn't perfect was that there were no dishwasher tablets but this is not any big deal at all and could be just a very easy thing to forget.

A beautiful place..but don’t expect to get any internet service

Great location..loved having 2 bathrooms..loved the peacefulness.

The temperature in the chalet..it was either hot or cold no in between(warm..the heater made it too hot..and after shutting it off it would get cold..def wear slippers as the floors are very cold). Internet does NOT work..said you could buy a day of internet at a time on Aviemore Holiday Resort Guest..the site either didn’t come up to buy or when it did which I bought 3 days worth at separate times it disappeared to which they give a phone number to call and they don’t answer..didn’t matter time of day I called; called owner on it..he had no answer but offered an apology but no money back from not getting internet..don’t waste your time on buying the internet offered it doesn’t work

Great peaceful lodge

Location was exceptional, the lodge was spotless, everything you needed was included , very peaceful place with wildlife flying and running round. Nice decking to relax on and have a glass or 2 of wine and also a little clubhouse a couple of minutes walk away to grab a drink and a bite to eat. What more could you ask for.

grossly overpriced for part of a caravan! owners don't reply when contacted.

the caravan was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

We booked this accomodation a year in advance and had booked to stay over the time that the thunder in glen was on. the event was cancelled due to covid restrictions about six months before we were due to stay. So, i messaged the owners straight away and on several occasions over the six month period, to see if there was any possibility to cancel without losing my deposit; as a host myself i woud have, and have, done this for any guests that were unable to stay due to covid related reasons. they never replied to any messages and it was clear no refund would be forthcoming. in the current climate of covid this seems not only greedy and rude , but insensitive. In the end we decided we would go anyway, well we had paid for it after all!. Worth noting too that the property is a caravan and we were charged 445.00 for a three night stay and didn't even get access to the whole caravan as one of the rooms was locked off! The charge was in my opinion excessive for the accomodation, also there was no wifi and the music system didn't work. However, my main objection was the fact that we were completely ignored by the owners and the only communication was by scheduled automated responses; not very reasuring at all and not what I expect from a host.

Excellent location, lovely peaceful holiday

Spotlessly clean, cosy and very well appointed, the chalet had just about everything we needed. Nice quiet and peaceful site too. We loved having two bathrooms aswell!

There was another bedroom which was locked and we really could have done with the space for our cases, walking gear and coats which we had to leave on and around the dining table andchairs instead. Thought it was a bit strange there was nowhere to hang coats etc
