Great location, safe and clean. Really good communication. A warm cosy apartment

The location is brilliant for a very walkable city.

I’m not sure the heating ever came on and I was there on quite a cold weekend. Fortunately there was an electric radiator available in the living room which I relied on. The broadband/WiFi didn’t work at all so the TV didn’t work either. I was there for an event so I wasn’t in the property very much so didn’t bother reporting it but it does need to be checked out.

Location was perfect and cooking facilities great.

Standard double beds were perfect for my daughter and I. Might not suit all?

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean.

The shower was atrocious. There are two shower heads (1 rain shower head, and one separate headset, both on the same column). It was not possible to switch between the two as this function was not working. It clearly hadn’t been for a while, as was evident from the state of the headset unit. Instead, when turning on the shower you got a feeble drizzle from both heads. Very disappointing. The bedding was poor quality, and the mattress uncomfortable (bedroom nearest bathroom was where I slept). The window in this room also needs some cosmetic attention - many of the decorative window wooden ‘dividers’ were not on the window. The communal areas/entrance to the property are absolutely filthy. There is no excuse for this. Practically every time I left the building, I found the outer door wedged open so anyone could just walk in. Unacceptable.
