I really like the property, my stay there was so easy and comfortable and room was so clean too, I reached there at 4AM and my room was already all ready and clean so I was so happy, and the main thing staff was so friendly and hotel located in nice location if you are a market person because when you come out from the hotel in 20 metres there is big market where you find everything, so I can say this property was perfect for me and I will return for sure.
There is nothing which I didn't like even bathroom was clean and good😁

Santosh made everything go very smoothly from the airport pickup to drop off. He even arranged a sightseeing tour to make my stay very enjoyable. He always responded right away to my inquiries and followed up to make sure I was OK. Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced. Florence Inn definitely offered me great value and excellent service!
Location is kind of busy, but it seems that is the case with Delhi in general.

Very welcoming staff, flexible to changes and super quick in fulfilling requests and solving issues! Highly recommended.
Prefer rooms with large windows / balcony. Bit noisy, but understandlable for the location.
