    I always enjoy my stay at the Hotel Metro View. Staff and service are always wonderful. Great breakfast as usual with very professional restaurant staff. The only hotel I come to when visiting Delhi. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you Hotel Metro View.

    They overbooked the hotel and gave our room to somebody else for more money. When we rechead the hotel, they simply tried to place us somewhere else, which was very bad. However, out of no choice, we had to stay there for one night. When we asked for reason, they started giving excuses. Even other customers who were already there were also complaining about the mismanagement. At first they were requesting but when we insisted that we want our room, they started behaving very rudely. If you are looking for a smooth stay, don't go with this hotel.
