Perfectly appointed condo in the 31-mile cove close to the four corners. Get anywhere on the lake you want to be from this condo. Located close to several attractions by land as well, including Fish and Co, Pier 31, and Larry's on the Lake, as well as the Ozark Amphitheater. Easy access with an elevator and pool at the complex.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bunk Twin over Twin
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge with an ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining area can comfortably accommodate guests.
Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV access to popular streaming apps.
Outdoor Living: Private Deck overlooking the lake. Onsite complex pool.
Parking: Open parking for 2 Vehicles
General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels.

This is a beautiful condo, situated in a small, well kept complex in a lovely cove. Easy access, on paved roads, from main highway (Highway 5) and close enough to restaurants (on land and on water) and grocery/convenience options. The pool area is clean and seems family oriented (that is, no huge, loud partying, at least during our time there), which is important when choosing a LOZ condo. The "host" (mgt co.) of condo is super strict about check-in/out, which is irritating: I mean, the price point is pretty high, and not being allowed in until 4pm on day 1 is stingy. **Notably, I rented 3 condos in this complex, and the other 2 hosts generously allowed our group in early, as we had driven several hours and wanted to sort of get our weekend started. Also, the management co. sends WAY too many redundant messages (they are obviously auto-generated).
