What a great location is this 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo at Miramar Condominiums! It's at the 3 mile marker of the Niangua Arm at the Niangua Bridge in Camdenton!
Only 8 steps down to the unit you will enjoy the kitchen stocked with everything you would need to stay for a couple days or a week or more! The Laundry/Utility room located adjacent to kitchen. Dining Room seats 6 people with 3 more at the breakfast bar. Great for a good meal or a game of cards!
The Living Room includes flat screen TV, recliner, great lake view and deck access! The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, deck access and private bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. The guest room features a Queen bed, closet with Queen double high air mattress and access to the Guest bathroom. This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people!
Out on the deck, besides that great lake view, enjoy the conversation seating, string lights, ceiling fan and electric grill! While this unit does not come with a boat slip, you can rent a boat, a slip, park your boat trailer and launch right next door at Lake Breeze Marina!

Over all great experiences and very clean unit. Since there was not a closet in master bedroom. It would have been nice to have some sort of hooks to hang closes. Also tv in bedrooms would have been nice.

Nice property with comfy beds, nice view and all the amenities we needed for a short 3 day stay. We rented a ski boat from nearby Montego Bay marina and had a great day of boating on Sunday. My grandkids absolutely loved it!!
