Nestled in a peaceful residential community, this stunning beach home is perfect for families seeking a relaxing getaway by the ocean.

The house was in a great location to the beach, restaurants, wal-mart, and to other activities. The house needed some repairs and a few other things addressed. However, for our stay, we made lots of good memories. The pool and hot tub was great once we figured out how to use the hot tub. Beach area was nice. Needs a little fixing up inside and out but for our needs it worked out really nice.

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the Osprey Nest. The beachfront view is breathtaking, especially from the upstairs balcony. The location is excellent, and the house is large and accommodating. The property management was communicative and nice every time we interacted with them, too. The pictures accurately capture the house's essence and the potential of what it will be as they continue cosmetic updates. However, there were very evident patches all across the ceilings, painting jobs that were not finished across some rooms, the guesthouse above the garage is very dated, and the bathroom sink didn't drain for the family members who stayed there the duration of our stay. We moved the round coffee table in the living room, and the leg fell off; the kitchen bar stools weren't sturdy and had screws falling off, and the coat hanger flipped upside down upon hanging a coat on it. Those are minuscule things that don't affect the entire stay, but for some, it might, especially when all is said and done; you're spending thousands for your family to have a higher quality stay. The whole family had mostly positives to share but also acknowledged the need for many intentional and thorough updates overall.
