Recently renovated, this cape house is in walking distance to a beautiful bay beach, several fishing spots and restaurants. A short drive takes you to great ocean beaches and it's 10 min away from the Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
The light filled interior has been curated to be modern and sophisticated yet cozy and comfortable.
The covered front porch and the new deck is surrounded by a large garden with an outdoor shower and a private gas grill with a dinning spot. It's a home away from home.

A beautifully renovated house very close to a bay sandy beach. Alexandra was very welcoming and responsive. Will consider staying there again.

This is a well designed house with an open floor plan and well thought out kitchen. The upstairs provides a separate sleeping quarters with a beautifully renovated bathroom and split system AC. The house is super quiet and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Since it's by the bay there are a lot of mosquitoes, so be prepared if you want to enjoy the outside space.
