We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean inside. You can't beat the location. Easy walk to beach, Lani Kai and Margaritaville.

Don't let the outside appearance of the house/lower level turn you away; the inside of the house is nice and was perfect for a spring break trip. The house had basic kitchen tools, beach towels, and a TV that was great for movie night. The only area of improvement we could find was the cleanliness, as there was a little bit of dirt in the living room when we first arrived. However, the house's proximity to the beach and the owner's quick/friendly responses made up for this fact. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The property was in the perfect location. Less than one block from beach.
We were notified by the owner that the A/C was not working and were ok with that since the temps were in the 70's and it did cool down at night but with the windows open there was a bad odor from the canal. And not all windows could be opened as they did not work or did not have screens on them.The home had not been cleaned very well and there was lots of pet hair that i swept and vacuumed myself. We made the owner aware and she was going to contact her management company regarding this problem. We did not spend alot of time on the property during the day but there is no outdoor seating area.
Overall a very cute home and did enjoy our stay in fort myers beach.
