This was a perfect spot for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Communication was great, property as advertised and was close to the beach. There was plenty of beach gear (wagon, umbrella, chairs, sand toys, etc). Property was quiet and felt private, even though there was a decent amount of construction on the street. Overall, great property and would recommend!

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The place was immaculate, well stocked and furnished. Very convenient, quiet, and .5 miles to Time Square (center of town). Highly recommend. Definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying at this home. Sarah was very easy to work with and responsive if we had any questions. Very well updated and equipped.
