About this house rental
An incredible home in the heart of Chacras de Coria with top-of-the-line amenities, nestled in a spacious wooded garden that creates a unique and relaxing experience.
It features a huge swimming pool for guests’ private use, which can be heated from July through September.
The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay with family and friends.
It’s in a prime location, close to bars, restaurants, wineries, shopping areas, and recreational activities in the area.
The accommodation:
Located on a private lane with access through an automated gate.
The property features a spacious garden, a private pool, and all the amenities needed to enjoy this wonderful space.
It has three bedrooms located on the first floor with a separate entrance and views of the park.
One of them features a queen-size bed, a wood-burning fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, which can be arranged as double beds if the guest prefers; in that case, we provide a comfortable pillow-top mattress to convert them into queen-size beds.
These bedrooms share a second full bathroom.
The living and dining area is a multi-level space, perfect for enjoying time together without intruding on one another.
In this area, there is a mezzanine with a staircase where the work area—equipped with a desk and an iMac—coexists with a sofa bed that can also be arranged as one or two additional single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, various ovens, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto
coffee maker, among other appliances... along with an excellent and very complete set of tableware.
The laundry room with a washing machine is integrated into the kitchen.
The house also features a spacious north-facing porch overlooking the park... complete with a table, chairs, a grill, and a Tromen fire pit, etc.
Other aspects to keep in mind:
*Our Guest House is set within a 12,000-square-meter garden, with the house itself occupying approximately 3,000 square meters of that land.
*Only one person lives on the neighboring property—the owner and host of the house.
The pool features a sun deck with comfortable lounge chairs. Please note that the pool is heated from July through September.
*The house is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, gas detectors, and fire extinguishers strategically placed for the safety of our guests.
*Amenities include 260-thread-count sheets, towels, and bath towels weighing 550 grams.
