About this house rental
Beautiful large house with a huge garden, swimming pool and wide common areas ideal for big familie or big groups. Located in Chacras de Coria, a neighborhood of wineries and vineyards, known for its wines and its cooking.
From the house you can walk or bike to many wineries like Lagarde, Clos de Chacras, Altavista, Viamonte, Carmelo Patti, etc, or ask me anytime to help you coordinate wine tours to all the regions in Mendoza. As a wine lover myself I'm always keen to give advice or recommendations.
The house has a nice barbecue area to enjoy in the summer and a big living room with a fireplace to enjoy on winter.
The main bedroom is huge and has a king size bed, big tv, satellite TV and en suite bathroom.
Wifi, laundry area, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, etc.
Parking is included and you can fit up to 4 cars.

This eclectic house was a perfect central location to explore the surrounding wineries and Mendoza. We pool and yard were great to relax in. Chacras de Coria is an adorable little city with some great restaurants. We had no problem getting cabs to/from Mendoza when needed.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed it thoroughly and had no issues. Friendly and prompt communication with host. I will however offer some constructive thoughts for the owner- furniture and some aspects of the house need updating. Seems like the fact they rent it is an afterthought and not investing much in keeping updated. A few chairs and furniture broken, kitchen supplies old and somewhat limited, bathroom furniture needs sprucing u for an ideal stay. Having said that the house design is super interesting, the outdoor spaces very inviting and for a few days it’s perfect. We really enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t discourage anyone from renting as long as you are willing to oversee Older and not so well Maintained elements of the house

We had a wonderful stay and the property’s pool area was perfect as the weather was in the high 90’s. Communication was excellent with the property manager. Close to restaurants, vineyards, groceries etc.
