Well-appointed 2 bedroom 1 bath ground floor condo in the highly-sought Madeira Beach Yacht Club adjacent to the main pool. Well stocked kitchen features solid countertops, shaker cabinets, microwave oven, ceramic top stove/oven, toaster & blender for your poolside cocktails. There are plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Living room has sectional sofa and smart tv and cable tv.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with linens provided, dresser, a spacious walk in closet with an armoire for additional storage.
Second bedroom contains a full size bed and linens and a closet and newer washer/dryer stack. A Jack and Jill bathroom has been recently updated with solid surface countertop, new cabinets and new ceiling and lights. AC was replaced in June 2024. There is also a grill located in the courtyard. This is a highly sought after unit due to its proximity to the main pool, fitness center and clubhouse. The porch overlooks the pool. The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is located on the inter coastal waterway and is only a 300 yard walk to the beach. ROC park is across the street as well as the public library and the Nad Beach Rec Center. Fishing can done off the multiple docks located throughout the area (check local laws). Grocery shopping is right across the street as are a few restaurants and bars.
