Due to Hurricane Helene and Milton:
•The fitness room is currently unavailable.
•Hurricane Repair: As of 5/8/25, construction on ground floor units can begin as early as 7:30 AM and may continue until 10 PM. Please use sidewalks at all times, as electrical work and utility equipment will be actively in use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo met our needs- very clean!, convenient to stores and leisure venues (including the beach!), nice clean pools, and basic supplies provided. This location has made a lot of progress since the hurricanes last fall. Although the furniture needs some definite upgrades, the condo is well kept, and the appliances and AC are in tip-top shape. It was a good choice for our FL trip.

Apt 343 g needs a thorough cleaning. The baseboards, floors,carpet on the stairs were dirty also the hand rail is sticky. We got locked out because the screen door handle was coming apart. I contacted by text and they said they made a ticket but no one came to fix it while we were there. When you took a shower there was water up to your ankles as it was not draining fast. They apologized by text but nothing was done. 😩 Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Just needs a few repairs.

We loved the location and the Madiera Beach Yacht Club. Our individual condo unit was basic at best. It is in need of serious upgrading. The living room furniture is atrocious. The sofa is literally pieced together with miscellaneous pieces of wood - both it and the love seat are extremely uncomfortable. The fridge is too big for the kitchen and is in disrepair. Freezer shelves are off. Ice maker does not work. The dishwasher does not work.
