- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
WATER: WELL SYSTEM
Please note that the property is on a well system. The water is tested and treated regularly to ensure safety and quality. Occasionally, well water can have a stronger natural odour, but please be assured it is safe, and we take this matter seriously. We are having it tested and treated frequently to maintain the best conditions for our guests.

It was nice to be able to park in the garage and to have my little dogs with me. It’s just out of town so there is lots of wildlife and the birds !! Great for birdwatching!! It’s a nice relaxing location with lots of room for families, basically renting a fully furnished house.

It would have been nice to have the grass around the property cut. We had a frisbee and volleyball that we weren't able to do much with. On the other hand, the covered deck was wonderful, especially since it rained most of the weekend. It had lots of comfy seating and blankets to cosey up with outside.
The house also had 2 very good seating areas inside, upstairs and downstairs. You might want to bring bottled water - although the water was drinkable, it wasn't very tasty. You're also fairly close to the highway, so there's a bit of traffic noise, but it wasn't unbearable and you don't hear it at all inside the house. The place had excellent parking and was close to everything we needed in Sylvan Lake.
