Getting Around:
*No Free Parking ATM on the property. There is some city constructions. There is plenty of free street parking (charged in the summer months).*

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
• You'll have full access to everything in this upper loft suite. Note there is another bnb below this suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

Clean property, location is central Sylvan lake. Easy access to lake and bars/ restaurants.

The location was excellent, and the beds were terrific.
Not having Wi-Fi (television or internet) was upsetting.
When I arrived, the cleaners were running late. And goodness knows why, because they did a horrific job. The condo was filthy. The baseboards, windowsills, windows, behind couches and under beds had not been cleaned in a very long time. The fridge surfaces had not been cleaned. The items on the counter, coffee pot, toaster, salt, and pepper shakers were all grimy. One of the fans in the space was caked with dust.
The stock of dishes, glasses and utensils in the kitchen was subpar.
The bedside lamps were ornamental; they did not have plug-ins.
The lighting in the far bedroom did not work.
Only three rolls of toilet paper were provided for a week’s stay.
