Renovated Condo at the Beach with Gourmet Kitchen. Close to Everything!

I’m an American, retired in Las Terrenas, one of the most sought after locations in the Dominican Republic, with some of the most amazing beaches. I travel extensively, so, when I am away, I offer my amazing condominium for rental.Two bedroom condominium on the second floor, with each bedroom having a bathroom with shower. Completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Indoor living room. Expansive outdoor space, with outdoor dining room and living room.Apartment sized washer and dryer. Here are some things that set my condo apart from others:Fully Renovated - My building was built about 20 years ago. Most units have never been renovated, or, if so minimally. My condo was fully renovated from the lovely gray floors up in 2022. Everything. Expansive Outdoor Space - Since I live in the tropics, I wanted a home with significant outdoor space. My condo delivers on that. There is a veranda that runs the full length of the condo. It includes an outdoor dining room with a table that seats six, and an outdoor living room with sofa, chairs and a coffee table. It’s set in the palm trees. I love to go out early in the morning with my coffee and enjoy the quiet – the only sound is the birds singing.The Ocean - While I do not have an expansive ocean view, the North Atlantic Ocean is 100 steps from my front door. One of the town beaches, Playa Punta Popy, is a third of a mile away.Beauty - I’ve been privileged to travel extensively all over the world. So, my home is filled with art and other remembrances of my travel. A friend handcrafted unique and beautiful beds for both of my bedrooms. These things make my home a sanctuary. I believe you will find it beautiful and peaceful as I do.
Gourmet Kitchen - While I am not a chef, I’m a serious home cook. I love to entertain. So, when my kitchen was an empty room, I gave thought to building a kitchen that was beautiful and functional. I hired a kitchen designer originally from France. She shared my vision. Five burner gas stove, gas convection over. All the tools you need for making a quick bite or a fancy dinner. Quiet but Convenient -My residence, La Dolce Vida, is set a bit back from the road and tucked behind another residence, so it is quiet. But within walking distance are dozens of restaurants. There are three supermarkets within a mile of my condo. Pool - My complex has a lovely pool in the front yard of the property. Because there are only a few units here, it is usually not crowded. While there are sometimes a number of other people there, often, when I’m there, I have the pool to myself. There are lounge chairs there, but I have a gravity lounger in each bedroom. The pool is set in lovely grounds, and has a view of the ocean.Service and Security - I want your stay here to be hassle free and safe. My co-host, Charlie, will greet you and make sure you are situated. During business hours, there is a reception desk staffed during business hour by friendly and helpful staff (you may need to use translate!). There are also 24 hour security cameras and an on site security guard from 7 pm. to 7 am. The Best Restaurants - While I love to cook, I also love going out. Right in my complex is an Italian Restaurant, La Dolce Vida, that is one of the best restaurants in Las Terrenas. I love their Caesar Salad. It’s one of the best. And, there are a host of other restaurants close by – casual pizza places, Thai, Mexican, Belgian/French. Lovely bars. Happy hours. No reason for a car of a taxi to dinner, there is plenty right here.I will not be physically here, but will respond quickly to any messages.
