This cozy 2 bed 2 bath, in the Village of Pennecamp, is conveniently located 4.1 miles from Lake Sumter Square and a mile or less to numerous rec centers. Down the street from Lake Miona and Cane Garden Country Club. Shopping, Entertainment, Rec Centers, Pools, and Golf are also a golf cart drive away! Whether you're seeking a night of action or a relaxing day by the pool, you will be satisfied! Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time for a golf cart to be delivered upon your arrival.

The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.


Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding a locked storage closet. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.

The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES offer use of a golf cart for an additional fee. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. It is truly a fun part of the experience.

Golf Cart: Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart delivered to the house for your arrival.

Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 18 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.

Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.

Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

Just enjoyed 5 days here - very quiet area. Unit was very clean. Bed was comfy. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of bag chairs so you could use for the evening music venues. I would def recommend this property to stay in.

Teresa, Stephanie, and everybody who was involved in the process of getting us accommodated have been just great! They go far and beyond to make sure the stay is positive ! My wife and son felt safe and comfortable. We are very thankful!
