Designated parking spot in rear of building/alley. Private, easy access to upstairs unit, Suite B, that is actually above a Cafe. If you cannot go up a set of stairs, you will not be able to access this rental. The unit is as pictured. Very clean, spacious, with a spa bathroom. Quiet enough and has most amenities needed for a short or long stay. The cafe below is only open until 2:00 pm. You will hear their music in the morning (not loud), but completely quiet once they close and in the evening. A couple of recommendations when cost effective to do so. A small recliner, a full-length mirror and swap out master bedroom mattress. It is not comfortable for those used to a plush mattress. If you love firm, memory foam, this won't be an issue. While this rental is in Douglas, we spent most of our time in neighboring Saugatuck and Oval Beach area, with a quick trip to Holland. It's a beautiful, picturesque area with a lot of great restaurants, shops, hiking, biking, dune buggy rides, etc. Would recommend: Penny Royal Cafe & Provisions, The Ladybird, The Butler, The Southerner & Boatwerks. Kilwin's for ice cream. Do not expect seafood/fish to be as you would find it along Eastern seaboard, Florida or Gulf Shore regions. Overall, a great location and stay. Would definitely recommend this rental and host - Three Arbors. Would absolutely stay here again as long as the upkeep is consistent.
