Very nice property with lots of amenities. Easy trip to grocery store and the few restaurants in the area. Lake access is worderful and the best feature of the house. Nice layout for families with the master suite away from other guest bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood, shockingly quiet during the week in the summer.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lakefront rental! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Waking up to the peaceful water views and enjoying coffee on the deck was a dream. The private dock made it easy for boating and swimming, and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Check in was easy. The house was nice. Access to the dock was nice. Lake water was warm and calm and the ladder on the dock is longer which made it easy to climb out of the water. The house was 55 minutes to Gatlinburg. Although we enjoyed our stay there we’re quite a bit of negatives, There were nats in both bathrooms and the kitchen upon checking in so we spent the first two days taking care of that issue. In both bathrooms we had to flush the toilets twice to get the waste to go down no matter which one you did. The bathroom door did not lock (not the worst but we were sharing the house with friends and kids so made for some unwanted walk ins). We would have liked to play ping pong or darts but we had to keep the full garbage bags in the garage due to the company not picking up trash in a timely manner as told. The temperatures were hot all week so the smell was not pleasant. Kitchen has plenty of space but there was not a single extra garbage bag, or anything to cover dishes or keep leftover food for a little. The house we stayed at last year had everything so we just replaced what we used which made the stay easy and enjoyable. This stay, we had to go to the store again on the first day to the surprise of no trash bags, no bowls to help with cooking or serving dinner or any clear wrap or anything to help with the ease of the kitchen. Utensils were very limited so we had to buy spatulas and spoons. We enjoyed the covered back deck space especially with the rain we had.
