1st of all, the house IS NOT a 2 story, it's a Ranch! And I'd say it's big enough for 4-6 people, definitely not 12. Bring your own pillow unless you want to sleep on something old and flat. The outdoor patio furniture was rusty. Please see pictures. The view would be great if there wasn't trees blocking it. The couch definitely needs to be replaced. It has seen better days. I would recommend this house if they're only a few people in your group who don't want to sit on the couch or the deck. It's a decent place to stay, but Way over priced for what you get.

This is a very small ranch, not a 2 story house!! If you take more than 4-5 people, you will be cramped.

We were in the area with my husband’s brothers for a funeral in their family and needed a place to stay near Dandridge for the weekend. This house perfectly suited our needs and we were very happy with it. It was in a convenient location for us and we found it much more preferable than staying in one of the hotels in town. It was clean throughout with a nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is in a quiet location at the edge of the lake. We found it to be very peaceful and were able to enjoy seeing some wildlife strolling by such as deer and wild turkeys. The lake level is brought down by TVA over the winter. At the time of our stay in early May the level was up to a point where we could enjoy the view but we could see areas at the edge where the water has not yet fully filled in. Local family told us it continues to fill up leading into summer when it will be at its’ highest level until they begin to slowly draw it down again at the end of summer. In the last approximate mile of the drive to the property the road has a lot of twists and turns. If you take it slow this is not an issue. We were pleased with all this property had to offer and would rent it again.

The house was very nice inside and out. No issues with cleanliness or checking in. We booked the house hoping to do some fishing (we booked during spring break towards the end of March) however the water levels in the lake were extremely low, we later found out this is controlled by the TVA and is usually raised during summer months only. The roads to get to the house are winding, steep, and narrow mountain roads, and the house is about 20min away from a grocery store/gas stations. Not terrible just not ideal if you need to make a quick run to the store. None of the outlets in the rooms worked nor the TVs, not sure why but we didn't need them so this didn't bother us much. Overall the house was a great stay for our family ranging in ages from 6months to 65years old. My only gripe is we couldn't fish as we had planned.

Property was clean and comfortable. Beds slept great. The area around lake had debris from hurricane and that was expected. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, before starting our adventures. In the evenings we sat around deck and enjoyed coffee and relaxing. I would recommend, working lights on steps, fix loose boards on floor of deck, and a small gate inside stairs (stairs close to door and windows…be careful!) Overall very nice and would come back!

Our stay was wonderful and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We spent every morning in the deck watching the sunrise and the nights in the hot tub or by the fireplace. The house came with a pass to be able to fish the waters in the community and my husband caught a few really nice rainbow trout on n fly

Amazing property and super clean! Great house on a private cove with private dock right on the lake! Only 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge with great restaurants only 10-15 minutes away in Dandridge! Can’t wait to go back!

We recently stayed at this lake house and had a mixed experience. While the property itself has potential, a couple of significant issues stood out during our stay. Firstly, the cleanliness of the house was not up to par. Upon arrival, we noticed several areas that had been overlooked by the cleaning service. This was disappointing, as we expected a higher standard of cleanliness for a rental property. Secondly, access to the water was not as easy as we had hoped. The description and photos led us to believe that getting to the lake would be straightforward, but in reality, it was a bit of a hassle. Based on these factors, we likely won't be renting this property again. We hope the management takes these points into consideration for future guests, as the location and potential of the house are otherwise quite nice.
