Escape to our luxurious modern farmhouse on five private acres in Vermont’s Green Mountains, just minutes from Mount Snow. A perfect retreat for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. Swim or kayak in your own pond, unwind in the hot tub with sweeping views, and explore private forest trails right from your door. This mountain villa blends rustic elegance, modern comfort, and unforgettable scenery in every season.
Nestled on a tranquil hillside, Valley View Villa offers a rare mix of natural beauty and refined comfort. Sip morning coffee on the expansive deck overlooking rolling hills and the morning mist on the pond, or stargaze from the steaming hot tub after a day of adventure.
Inside, Enjoy lots of privacy, ideal for multiple families visiting together. The oversized bedrooms are spaced out throughout the property, and there are two separate second floor living spaces accessed by separate stairwells on either side of the villa. There is also sound proof privacy door separating several of the bedrooms and the dining room from them the living room and kitchen. Discover bright open living spaces, a chef’s kitchen, Sonos speakers, AC, wood burning fireplace, and curated design touches throughout. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and high-end linens, while the lower level features a wet bar and game room with pool and foosball tables — ideal for cozy nights in.
Outdoors you can swim, paddle or catch fish and frogs in the private pond, wander through our private groomed forest trails, play lawn games in the giant yard, or gather around the firepit as the sun sets.
