Situated on 4 acres at the foot of Mount Snow, you'll enjoy sweeping views of the mountain and convenient access to the slopes, just a short drive down the road. Home features a massive living room, side office, full kitchen, patio, fire pit, sauna, shuffle board, oversized fire place, and ample parking. Perfect for year-round getaways!

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 9 window and portable AC units at the house. There's one in the game room (where the ping-pong table and shuffleboard are) and one unit in each of the 8 bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

The 8-bedroom house perfectly suited 8 senior guys on their annual golf trip. The house is old but had its charms and located between 2 great golf courses in Haystack and Mt. Snow.

The house is large and was spacious for our group of 9. Very close to the mount snow and local restaurants. The house (especially the bedrooms can use an upgrade) the bathroom door doesn’t latch closed so would open mid shower, beds were not very comfortable. The house itself was clean but the kitchenware in the cabinets had some dirty dishes and pans. The host was very responsive, we had quite a bit of snow during the stay and they did not plow t

This is not your traditional house. It actually has the feel of a bed and breakfast that was converted into a home. The upstairs has bedroom after bedroom after bedroom. The main level has a really unique living room and game room, but the rest of the level could use a little bit of an upgrade. The host was responsive and the location to Mount Snow was ideal. This was a perfect place for our large group.
