About this house rental

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow in the middle of Coolin Bay. The bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds which can comfortably sleep up to 8. Amenities include washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, and 3 smart TVs for use with your own accounts such as Netflix. Towels, bedding, and toiletries included. Enjoy long days on a private beach with full backyard and fireplace, perfect for roasting hot dogs or making s'mores. Private dock which can accommodate 2 boats. Just a short walk from the Leonard Paul store in Coolin and nature in every direction. Enjoyable year-round with a cozy wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and beautiful unobstructed views of Priest Lake and the Selkirk Mountains. Strict 8-person max capacity and neighborhood quiet hours at 9 PM.

Stayed for a week with our family. Was great location close to Coolin. Awesome set up for little kids with a low bank, shallow water, and dock. Enjoyed the big lawn and outdoor seating spots. The house itself was comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely come back!
