Many attractions including local eateries are nearby, as well as boutique shops, arts, and entertainment.
Inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded in natural light, largely in thanks to the spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. The open floor plan promotes togetherness, so no conversation will be missed. Lounge about on the plush furniture and take in a movie on the large TV mounted over the statuesque fireplace, or prepare a grand meal in the spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with more-than-enough space for personal effects, a private balcony entrance, a dedicated workspace, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down together and making memories in the bunk beds. You'll have two work desks available, and the WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved it!
Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy access to the water even more so when the dock is complete. Enjoyed the stunning view out the large windows, and loved the design of the house. Just a note the gate required a soft touch on the # sign. Remember and save yourself some stress. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful home in a gated community close to a marina with a great restaurant . The house is very well laid out with room for our two families. House is very well stocked and has gorgeous views of the Pend Orielle River. Getting to the water is a bit tricky but once you are in the water is divine. One week was not long enough. Could have stayed so much longer. Love being in north Idaho. As a family we have been coming up here for years and this is by far our favorite house. We will be back next year.

Brand new everything! Stunning view of the river. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck overlooking the water. The place had everything we needed for our 4 generation family reunion. Comfortable beds and toys for the kids. Already talking about booking again next year!
