This air-conditioned house for 6 people offers an ideal location for a family. In a private and quiet residence on the road of the Sanguinaires Islands, you can enjoy the famous Moorea beach easily reachable by a 5 mn walk, the private overflowing swimming pool and all the amenities of Ajaccio efficiently accessible by car or bus (stop in front of the residence):
1. The Ajaccio airport is 30 mn away and the ferry boarding is 15.
2. The nearest shops are 10 minutes away.
3. The center of Ajaccio is 10 minutes away.
4. The beautiful beach of Capo di Feno, famous for being a good spot for surfers, is 10 minutes away.
5. The Pointe de la Parata and its pedestrian path offering an incredible view of the sunset is 5 minutes away.
The house located in the private, closed and secure residence “Les hameaux des Sanguinaires” is a haven of peace and calm, even in the busiest periods. It is 87m2 (936 Sq Ft) and includes:
On the ground floor :
1. Entrance.
2. Room with bunk beds and a storage area.
3. A toilet with sink.
4. The air-conditioned living room with the lounge area (sofa, TV, coffee table), the fully fitted opened kitchen and the dining room.
5. All opening onto the 30 m2 (323 Sq Ft) terrace offering an amazing panorama of the sea and of the Sanguinaires Islands. It is equipped with electric blinds, a table with 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue.
First floor :
1. Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, 1 ironing board with its iron, 1 laundry basket and 1 basin.
2. 1 air-conditioned bedroom with sea view, a queen bed and a big closet including a wardrobe.
3. 1 other air-conditioned bedroom with sea view, 2 single beds that can be brought together to become a king sized one, and a large closet with wardrobe.
4. A shower room with a sink.
5. A bathroom with a sink and a loo/toilet.
The house offers high speed Internet over WIFI (fiber connection) and a TV that comes with international channels as well as streaming services if you have your own account.
The cleaning service, sheets, towels and tea towels are included in the price of the stay. Baby kit (folding cot
and high chair) are also provided for free on demand.
