In a small, recent, quiet and green residence with infinity pool accessible to residents from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
First floor
Large air-conditioned living room with very well equipped open kitchen (filter coffee maker -provided- and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor) and living / dining room with TV. Convertible corner sofa for 2 extra beds (210x120 cm)
Terrace 30 m2 with garden furniture, motorized awning, deckchairs and BBQ.
A small bedroom with bunk beds (90x190 cm).
A separate toilet.
Upstairs
2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with large dressing room:
The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form one. TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm).
A shower room.
A bathroom (bath) with toilet.
Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Free WiFi (fibre), motorised shutters
Private parking space.
From June to October: rental only by the week (from Saturday to Saturday). Contact us for another duration and period.
Cleaning package, sheets, towels and dish towels included for your stay.
Smoking allowed: please do not smoke in the house, it is much more pleasant to book this activity on the terrace enjoying the magnificent view at any time :) period.

Apartment nicely situated close to beautiful beach with cosy beach bar and good snorkeling. Good ambiance, quiet, not a lot of tourists. A whole network of trails are accessed right behind the house. We walked to ajaccio on this trail, 15 km, took the bus back. Take this trail the other way, and you arrive at La Parata, a beautiful peninsula appreciated by tourists. The beds in the apartment are comfy, firm, much to our liking. Appartment is well equipped, we missed nothing. Host is very responsive and has a helpful friend living nextdoor, equally friendly. We highly recommend this place.
