The place met our apace needs but when we entered it definitly had a smell like there had been animal urine that wasnt properly cleaned on the past. I would prefer a greater level of cleanliness. In addition, the instructions emailed from their evolve team was different than vrbo and different then what i was texted and different from the book in the house for checkin and check out. As such, not sure if we followed the right instructions and it made it confusing.

Great place to stay while visiting family at Ft. Campbell. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and just enough fenced yard for our small dog.

The property was clean and the listing was accurate. We enjoyed our stay, and the outdoor space was great. It was a little bit further from downtown Clarksville, but the condo/townhome itself was clean and the neighborhood quiet.
