I really think it's a cute house that's showing it's age. All of the appliances worked well and were probably within 3-5 years old. It was 'clean enough' as long as you don't go barefoot, the kids feet were black from the floor. I think it was just the use of some sort of cleaning liquid not meant for flooring.
The deck really is in need of replacement. There's a lot of wood that's rotted out and I don't think you can lean on the deck railing safely.
The front door was a bit of a challenge to open since the automatic 'dead-bolt' was binding trying to unlock. We got around that by pulling the door towards us from the outside, voila, it opens. A simple fix for a handyman.
The plumbing in the bathrooms really should be upgraded to a more commercial grade level, one and done. The fixtures in the bathrooms were really in need of replacing. The main bathroom toilet tank would not stop running. The flush handle was nearly falling off.
Hint to the owner, please remove the yard shed that's more of an eyesore than an empty building. Remember, people are coming with kids to stay. Another tip, probably won't hurt to have a fence in the back against the neighbors with the MASSIVE dogs. No one wants to lose a finger!
The driveway and the front porch are solid, the house is nice, needs a few things to make it more like a home away from home.

Quiet cul-de-sac, close to everything! Tons of shopping and restaurants minutes from the house!!
Overall it is a great place for the price point. I would pay another $2-250 with the mentioned fixes for the same amount of time stayed.

Pros: Great location, quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced in yard for our fur baby. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, almost identical to our memory foam gel beds we have at home. Easy to check in and out and felt safe in the neighborhood. Nice tvs in each room. Nice flooring !
The first night one of us almost fell in the bathroom, no bath mats after shower. When we contacted them for help with more towels and some bathmats, they wouldn’t. They did answer the texts, but never did anything about it. No hand towels! Only one old washcloth and one old bath towel per person (6, there were 6 of us)was provided. NO hand towels at all. Had there been a few extra towels it would have been fine. We ended up going to a local store and buying 2 bath mats, 2 hand towels, and 2 bath towels. This could have been easily remedied had they just dropped us off some more, silly. The main thing that made our stay a little crazy…the bathrooms. Super outdated, look dirty, and the toilets are super low and move when you sit on them. They hit the wall when you sit, we aren’t abnormal sized people! One of our guests had to go buy a special seat to be able to use hall bath, it was so low. It never claimed to be handicap accessible, so not expecting that, but it would be really inexpensive and simple to upgrade both bathrooms. Super dingy.
There were paper towels and tp at least. But we had to go buy trash bags too. The price is reflective for what we got, but the bathrooms were gross. We put the trash out to the road on the night it said and it never came. There is a $100 pet fee, which should be stated in the listing so people know! There are plenty of other places to stay for similar price that are WAY nicer and have no pet fees.
