About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in Lozari, in the municipality of Belgodère. It boasts mountain views, is less than a kilometre from the beach, features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- An en-suite bathroom opening onto the bedroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet/laundry room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and various baby care items, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, heated infinity pool (4 m x 2.5 m), open from 1 April to 1 November. The pool is secured with an electric submerged cover (opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions).
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A lovely 500 m² garden
The house is ideally situated in Lozari, in the municipality of Belgodère, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Nearest ferry terminal: Île-Rousse, 9 km away (about 15 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 31 km away (about 35 mins by car)
