Renovated vacation apartment in an older building. The apartment has 2 floors and a separate entrance.
On the first floor: Entryway with coat rack and connecting door.
A living area with a separate kitchen, including a dining area. Furnished with a cozy sofa (bed 1), an armchair, a coffee table, and a living room cabinet. Fully equipped built-in kitchen. A TV with satellite reception.
On the top floor: A bedroom with a modern double bed (1.4 m) (Bed 2), nightstands, a dresser, and a desk, as well as an additional TV with satellite reception. A small bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The top floor is air-conditioned!
The apartment thus accommodates 2 to 3 (max. 4) people.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible!
Free use of bed linens and towels.
Size of the vacation apartment: approx. 60 m²
Pets (dogs) allowed, 5 €/night
Washing machine available.
Non-smoking apartment!!!! (Smoking is permitted outside the door).
Prices do not include meals.
