The Cosy House 49 features a private entrance with direct access to the terrace with a barbecue.
The entryway leads directly to the main floor, where you’ll find the kitchen, a guest bathroom, and the living-dining room. From there, you can step out onto a spacious terrace offering excellent views.
On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers.
All bedrooms face outward and have windows, and one of them opens onto a furnished terrace.
The house is equipped with amenities for your comfort: kitchenware, small appliances, bedding, toiletries, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, various board games, children’s furniture (upon request), BBQ supplies, a sewing kit, a vertical iron, a voice assistant, etc.
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (ashtrays are available only on the terraces and porch).
