Canela Homes COSTA CASA AILA

Bedrooms

The stairs, they were everywhere

The Pool and nearby beach and restaurants. Bathrooms rebuilt

Matresses and pilles Can be improved. Several áreas of maintenance needed and building neightbours.

The house is spacious with many bedrooms. Location is great very close to the beach.

The check-in process was frustratingly rough. While instructions were sent, no one verified that the home was ready before our arrival. We struggled to unlock the door via the app because a main breaker switch was flipped, cutting power to parts of the house—including the refrigerator, which took hours to cool back down after we reset it. The property needs maintenance and a thorough deep clean; I found a significant amount of blonde hair in the bedroom and on the bed. Additionally, the dishwasher was completely blocked, requiring us to perform basic repairs just to get it to drain and wash properly. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, with only two functional knives. Furthermore, don't expect the pool to be heated—it was somewhat too cold to enjoy. Communication with the management agency was poor. They called us at 11:00 PM to pass along a noise complaint that actually originated from the street. Later, they messaged us threatening extra fees for a late checkout, even though we had departed 10 minutes prior and personally told the cleaner she could enter. Overall, this property needs better management and care.
