Old single-family house, 2 storeys. In the centre of Ville San Pietro 15 km from the centre of Pontedassio, 23 km from the centre of Imperia, 23 km from the sea, 7 km from the river. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Public parking 30 m on the road. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 18 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 23 km.
