About this apartment rental

Duplex flat, with sea view. It has two bedrooms (one attic, upstairs), 4/5 beds (one double bed and two sofa beds, plus any extra bed)

Short pedestrian stretch in typical "creuza" (100 meters), plus another 100 meters to get to the place to park ..

The house is located on the foothills of Genoa - east, a few kilometers from the center and the sea, but by olive trees.

AT THE ARRIVAL THE TOURIST TAX IS REQUIRED: € 1.50 PER DAY PER PERSON OVER 14 YEARS, FOR THE FIRST 8 DAYS.

ON VACATION WITH DOG OR CAT RABBIT TURTLE?
Pets are allowed and welcomed, in an environment suitable for them. Who wants to go to the beach or to visit the city freely, can leave them in custody. In addition to the company for a few hours, a source of comfort to all their needs.

A little piece of magic

A little piece of magic

Really enjoyed staying in this house. Kitchen very well equipped, pleasant bedrooms, clean, comfortable, a lovely garden (with tortoises), and best of all a view of sea and city that was mesmerizing, especially after dusk. It is very green and peaceful here. The bus stop is right at the end of the lane for regular buses into the city, including night buses, and deposits you immediately outside Brignole train station, for trains both east and west along the coast. Stefania is very helpful. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Wir haben bei Stefania nicht nur Urlaub gemacht, sondern fast ein Viertel Jahr dort italienisches Leben kennenlernen dürfen. Stefania war unbeschreiblich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und alles hat gut funktioniert. Unbezahlbar ist die Lage mit viel Grün und die Aussicht aufs Meer. Negativ? Jede Auszeit hat ein Ende...

Sauber und freundlich

Stefania ist eine hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und hübsch eingerichtet. Von der Küche und einem der Schlafzimmer hatten wir eine sehr schöne Aussicht über die Stadt und das Meer. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, nachts herrscht völlige Stille, tagsüber hörten wir von Fern das Rauschen der Stadt. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 100 Meter und wir mussten das Auto nicht ein einziges mal bewegen. Mit Bus und Bahn konnten wir die Stadt und die Küste bis Rapallo und Portofino sehr bequem erkunden. Auch Cinque Terre ist noch bequem mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen.

Really nice and comfortable apartment with a great view and cosy garden. Stefania was super nice and everything was just the way we hoped for. We've had an amazing time there.

Non è stato facile trovare la casa ma ne è valsa la pena. La signora Stefania è stata gentilissima e premurosa facendoci trovare una casa pulita, ordinata e dotata di ogni comfort. Faticoso il percorso dal parcheggio alla casa ma in compenso si trova sempre il posto per l'auto ed a Genova non è un dettaglio da trascurare.

Stefania est a-do-ra-ble ! L'appartement ne l'est pas moins, et plus que confortable, à quelque 8 KM en bus ( le n°87 - frissons assurés ! ) - du centre ville. La mer n'est à vol d'oiseau qu'à 2 ou 2,5 km de la cuisine (ou de la chambre): se munir donc de jumelles, et d'un appareil photo aves un zoom puissant (x20, ou 30). La voiture: la décharger en arrivant, et ne pas la bouger avant de repartir. Le rapport qualité/prix: excellentissime Bon séjour à ceux qui me succéderont: ils ne seront assurément pas déçus!

L'appartamento, sito in un quartiere residenziale sulle colline di Genova, è luminosissimo, pulito, arredato con cura, gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Un delizioso giardinetto con alberi e pergolato è a disposizione degli ospiti, c'è anche il barbecue. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento e dal giardino è possibile godere della meravigliosa vista del mare. C'è spazio per parcheggiare l'automobile. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Ho trascorso circa due mesi in questa struttura. La casa è immersa nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato ed il silenzio rende tutto magico. Spazi esterni sfruttabili e bene organizzati. La padrona di casa è poi il “pezzo forte”. Gentile, ospitale, cordiale e disponibile a risolvere anche il più piccolo problema. Sono stato davvero bene

E' stato un soggiorno splendido per me in questa casetta sulle colline di Genova, un piccolo paradiso nella natura. La vista e il sole mi hanno aperto il cuore e dato grande serenita'. Stefania e' una persona aperta e gentile pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e necessita'. Meglio avere una macchina, ma anche con gli autobus si puo' raggiungere il centro in circa 40-45 minuti, basta organizzarsi e avere pazienza. Il letto e' comodo e la cucina ben attrezzata. Molto confortevole e allegra. Ci ritornerei senz'altro.

Un appartement très agréable, une très belle vue et les oliviers à côté. Je me vois bien prendre le petit déj dehors au printemps! Un peu en dehors de la ville donc calme, mais pratique avec les bus d'aller dans le centre. Stefania est charmante et disponible. Quand elle aura changé le lit (très bientôt a-t-elle promis) ce sera vraiment une adresse à conseiller
