The setting of this property is exceptional, as it is nestled in the beautiful Sicilian countryside and offers privacy and breathtaking views of the Stagnone Lagoon, with its unique landscape characterized by shallow waters, a constant sea breeze, ancient windmills, and salt flats.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, Salicornia features 4 understated, modern bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one of which is en suite), plus an additional guest bathroom.

All areas of the villa are flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows.
Outside, a flat garden welcomes you for hours of relaxation or for a swim in the infinity pool, which will make you hardly miss the beaches of Trapani and Marsala. You can enjoy outdoor barbecues or, in the evening, sip a cocktail in one of the comfortable armchairs in the summer lounge. Here you’ll appreciate the custom furnishings and the many ways to enjoy the villa.

Salicornia is the perfect place not only for hosting dinners (a private chef is available upon request), for pure relaxation around the infinity pool or in the splendid hot tub on the terrace, but it’s also an ideal spot for families, featuring an outdoor playground, spacious areas with soft grass, and everything needed to accommodate the little ones.

Interior The main entrance is on the first floor, leading into the spacious living area.
The living room features a home theater system and a piano. You and your loved ones can choose from hundreds of international TV channels on the 50-inch Smart TV and sink into the comfortable white sofas, where you can enjoy the warmth of the charming fireplace on cooler evenings.
The spacious open-concept kitchen is also accessible from the patio and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, an island kitchen, a six-burner stove, a dishwasher, wine cooler, pots, dishes, and utensils, a coffee maker, an ice maker, a toaster, a blender, a microwave, etc. This room connects to a dining area and opens via sliding glass doors onto the furnished patio, which overlooks the garden.
On the same floor are a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private access to the veranda, and a second full bathroom with a tub and shower.
The first floor features a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (with a large shower and bathtub) and another comfortable double bedroom: both have access to a furnished panoramic terrace with a small hot tub and an outdoor shower. Here, guests can relax while admiring the enchanting sunset with views of the lagoon’s windmills and the Egadi Islands.
On the same floor, there is a third double bedroom overlooking the garden and a modern bathroom with a huge shower. Additional beds or a crib can be requested.

Outdoors
Outdoor living takes place on two sides of the house, facing the fenced-in pool area.
The house’s living room and dining room, as well as one of the bedrooms, open onto a shaded veranda that runs the entire length of the property’s facade, featuring comfortable hammocks that sway gently in the breeze and a spacious area equipped for lounging, chatting, and dining.
On the opposite side of the garden, there is a large playground for children with slides, swings, and everything needed to keep the little ones entertained, shaded by a monumental gardenia tree. The covered parking area is located in the same area. The barbecue is located right in front of the main veranda. Magical by day, this area becomes truly enchanting after sunset, when it glows with a soft, golden light.
