Nestled in the serene Innsbrook community, our Lakeside Retreat at Lake Silvretta offers a stunning, pet-friendly chalet perfect for your short-term rental getaway.
Set on 3 acres of natural beauty, this chalet redefines rustic luxury. Enjoy opulent furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a mesmerizing lakeside setting that ensures privacy and a range of amenities. Originally constructed in 2009, the A-frame chalet has been renovated to enhance your vacation experience, whether for a romantic escape or a memorable weekend with family and friends.
The inviting first-floor living room boasts breathtaking views and a wood-burning fireplace, making it an ideal choice for fall and winter getaways. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for both small and large gatherings, with a gas grill on the deck for outdoor cooking. Entertainment options include satellite TV and a Blu-ray player with upgraded movie and sports channels at no additional cost. The main level also offers a private bedroom, full bath, and convenient laundry area. The second-floor master suite is a luxurious haven with an en suite bath, walk-in closet, screened-in treehouse porch, king-sized bed, and television. The loft accommodates kids and teens with two sets of bunk beds and an attached full bath.
The expansive outdoor area features a large fire pit, hot tub, and various games for family fun. During the summer, enjoy the nearby sand beaches and swim docks on the 150-acre Lake Aspen, as well as the Conference Center, outdoor pool, award-winning 18-hole golf course, and The Clubhouse Restaurant. Year-round, the Lakeside Retreat offers tranquility with a fishing dock, spacious deck, outdoor play area, and 3 acres of natural beauty to explore.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property s natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

Outstanding location if you love peace, quiet, walking trails, wildlife and a relaxing tone set upon entry with chill music playing. Master bed needs replacing but a great room. Pet friendly…our big dog loved it. I would definitely go back but will bring Advil if mattress not changed.Columbia MO couple

At Innsbrook you cannot access the property if your name isnt on the list with the security checkin. We had a confirmation email for our rental, but the property manager failed to leave our names. So checkin took almoat an hour with many phone calls and text messages being unanswered. Eventually it was worked out, but definitely aggravating. We rented this specific cabin for the hot tub. It wouldnt heat, again many phone calls and messages, again unanswered until finally the next day they answered saod the would send a tech. Said that if it waant fixed for our use, we would receive a substantial refund. We never heard from them again. The property is nice and clean, the location is great. The management is terrible and i would not recommend staying at ant property managed by Lage.
