- Heated swimming pool (optional): 30.00 Eur/night (except January, February and December)
- Air conditioning cold/heat included.
- Electricity included.
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
