We absolutely loved the house and pool. There was also a parking spot in front of the house, which we found very convenient. The center of Petra is very easily accessible by foot anyway. The place is also very clean, peaceful and quiet. We stayed for 2 days and wished we could have stayed an extra day or so.
Contact with the host was via Whatsapp and we received the key to the house by opening a keybox. We found this to be very smooth and easy.
According to the host, there was an Internet password, but in reality the Internet was an unsafe, open connection. I really didn't like this. People with wrong intentions could potentially have access to your data.
The shower wasn't the best either. The showerhead needs to be descaled because it looks like the water jet from the shower hasn't been powerful in a while.
BUT: the overall experience was very, very good. These are the only cons.
