Experience modern living in this charming 30m² studio located on the 2nd floor (without a lift). Tastefully decorated, it ensures a comfortable and delightful stay.
The studio features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space includes a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a TV, and a desk ideal for working remotely.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious meals quickly. The dining area comfortably seats two guests. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bathroom includes all the essentials: a shower, toilet, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Appreciated the location, the courtyard view out the window, and the practicality of the space. We walked all over Paris from here and enjoyed the liveliness of the neighborhood in the daytime but found it quiet enough at night. Could use a few more items in the kitchen, like soaps and things, but overall a decent stay in a cool area. The walls are quite thin and despite speaking at a normal volume we accidentally bothered neighbors.
