With a garden, wide bi-folding patio doors and onsite leisure facilities, you''ll be in for a relaxing break. Explore the surrounding North Devon National Landscape with scenic walking trails, sandy beaches and quaint seaside villages.


Enter the ground-floor apartment and find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is flooded with natural light through the bi-folding patio doors. Coastal colours and a pop of yellow add a cheerful touch to the sleek, contemporary space. On one side of the room is a glossy white fitted ‘L''-shaped kitchen unit. Adjacent is a Scandi-style dining table with four chairs. In the centre of the space is a plush velvet sofa in front of a multi-tone wooden coffee table and a Smart TV. While staying in the heart of Woolacombe, you can pop to the local cafe, spend an evening at one of the restaurants and browse the independent shops. Just 400 metres away is the sheltered Barricane Beach and along the shoreline is the vast sandy expanse of Woolacombe Beach (0.5 miles). Head north along the coastal trail to soak up the sea views from National Trust Morte Point (1.5 miles).
