Enter the ground-floor apartment and find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is flooded with natural light through the bi-folding patio doors. Coastal colours and a pop of yellow add a cheerful touch to the sleek, contemporary space. On one side of the room is a glossy white fitted ‘L''-shaped kitchen unit.
