We loved it. Fantastic location, stunning views, comfortable furniture/sofa. Beds very comfortable. Clean, well equipped. Great welcome with tea/coffee/fresh milk. Great having the pool/sauna/gym and games room. We used it all! Outside huts great for storage and great parking. Handy having warm outside shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!
Nothing we didn’t like but only as feedback maybe a welcome pack might be good? We didn’t know how to use the hob. List of points of interest maybe and the outside shower to rinse wetsuits. We found Barricane bay by chance, lovely food there. Enjoyed Bar Electric, The Barn, the cosy Cinema was fab in the Woolacombe Hotel. Great pizza from nearby Van.
Local walks? We did Mortehoe and over to Putsborough over the clifftop on way and along the beach on way back about 6K
Ps Just check the chairs on balcony as both damaged downstairs but useable.

Lovely host will highly recommend exceptionally clean tidy and a great location all was above and beyond expectations lovely and considerate hosts will surely stay again
