Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom St. Augustine Beach retreat located in the coveted Ocean Villas complex in the heart of St Augustine Beach. Completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with all new furniture and appliances too! Located in a tranquil setting, this amazing beach getaway offers a cool and inviting atmosphere for guests. With 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, the bedrooms provide a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms for washing the salt and sand off after a long day at the beach.
Stay connected with WiFi, and take advantage of guest amenities like a hair dryer, AC, iron, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella , and a private washing machine/dryer in the unit to make beach living a breeze .
This is a two story townhouse style
unit with the living space , kitchen , laundry room and one full bathroom on the main floor, and then the two bedrooms each with their own full en suite bathrooms upstairs . There are two balconies (one off the living room and one off the master bedroom) with amazing views of the ocean and beach as well as the nicely manicured condo grounds , and oceanfront pool. With two pools at the complex (one heated in Winter months), and private beach access to beautiful St Augustine Beach from the complex , you will feel like you’ve arrived in paradise as soon as you open the front door !

Had a nice time at the condo. Clean and in a good location. Slight view of the ocean in the distance. A little noisy during day with children playing. Over all we had a good time.

What a gem! Updated unit!! Loved the 2nd bathroom in the other bedroom!So much more convenient for our stay!(My husband & I, and our college daughter and her friend)Property is perfect for pool and beach!Walking distance to great restaurant options! Wednesday mornings, farmwrs market & our favorite Island donuts! Fantastic rental unit!!!
