Collina Lagomare is a cosy apartment, forming part of an ancient mansion, a romantic and very relaxed spot with stunning views on the lake of Massaciuccoli, only 15 km from the sea, completely surrounded by a dreamful garden – shopping opportunities and restaurants in the vicinity (1.5/2 km).
There is a boat departing, very close from your holiday home, from the 15th July till the end of August, which has the motto “opera in battello – opera on the boat”. It leads you along the border of the Massaciucoli Lake until Torre del Lago, i.e. to the entrance of the Grand Puccini Theatre, where the outstanding Puccini opera festival takes place.
There is a bicycle track, built on wood, along the border of the Massaciuccoli Lake – a wonderful and unforgettable tour!

The property „Collina Lagomare“ is a perfect departure point to visit the lake of Massaciuccoli, the nature park of Migliarino-San Rossore or to spend a day at the sea at Torre del Lago Puccini or the famous coast of the Versilia.
The nature park of the Apuanan Alps and the art spots such as Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa or Florence may easily be reached by car and are ideal for a day trip. There are two paths which start from the olive groves of the property and which conduct to the nearby beautiful woods.
Music lovers may attend the well-known Puccini festival which takes place every year during the months of July and August.
The owner is a known musician – you will of course, during your stay at Collina Lagomare, be able to enjoy some great music notes which will make your holidays unforgettable.
The house lies in the centre of the Puccini circuit: boats leave from Massaciuccoli (about 1 km from the house) to Torre del Lago, where the entrance of the Gran Puccini theatre is located at. Forget about the traffic and search of parking – give quietness, relax and emotions, which the lake transmits, a chance!
