Family-friendly lakefront escape with zipline, kayaks, and firepit - just 30 minutes from Nashville. Welcome to our 1960’s charming lake house, Old Hickory Haven. Nestled on the serene shores of Old Hickory Lake, our cozy and inviting home offers breathtaking views!
Bring the entire family, plan the perfect girls trip, or just come here to enjoy the peace and quiet. Deer will roam all year long, zip line, two kayaks available for use, and an outdoor fire pit for those colder months!
Bedrooms:
4 spacious bedrooms, each with memory foam beds and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
1st bedroom: King Bed
2nd bedroom: Queen Bed
3rd bedroom: King Bed
4th bedroom: 2 Full Beds
+ also available is a memory foam pull out couch and an air mattress for your use
- Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials. Forgot something? Don’t worry, we have your essentials like Q-tips, disposable tooth brushes, makeup wipes and more.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker. We provide everything you need including paper towels, dish soap, basic spices and more. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals while gazing out at the lake.
- Living Area: Open-concept living space with a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for family gatherings or movie nights. Lots of games to enjoy with the family and a cozy reading nook to enjoy your favorite book!
- Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for 8, perfect for family meals or game nights. Outdoor dining table for 6 along with 4 outdoor barstools.
Bringing the kids? Don’t worry! We have everything and more for your family. Highchair, pack n play, baby gates, white noise machines, kid friendly dishes, walker and booster seats all available!

Sarah is an amazing host. This VRBO felt like home. It’s so spacious with large sofa and huge kitchen table so the whole family could be together. The place was stocked with games to play including corn hole. Everything was great about our stay— I would recommend to friends and will definitely come back!

The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials that you could need while staying at this home. My toddler enjoyed the children’s area with books, toys, and activities. Sarah was quick to respond to questions and requests.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The property is so clean and peaceful we hated to leave. Definitely would come again and highly recommend.

Great peaceful getaway! The hosts couldn't be more accessible or helpful. The property is well kept and well stocked with everything you would need for daily use. I would book again when returning to Nashville.
