This beautiful house and side cabin has easy access to the Pine Creek Rail Trail. Pine Creek winds through the back yard making this home a great escape to the mountains.

Enjoy the cozy living room, catching up on one of your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, then grill outside and enjoy a cookout under the stars! This place is magical at night!
+ A Brand New Pickleball Court has just been professionally installed. This space is sure to bring many memories for your families and friends.
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, a check in detail will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately, and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for the immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day fee.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. Soak at your own risk in the hot tub.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!

We had the most amazing trip thanks to our host! The home was the perfect spot to bring our families together, plenty of space and sleeping, TONS of activities and easy private creek access. The property was clean spacious and secluded. We felt right at home and cannot wait to book again next summer for another unforgettable weekend

Eagles, ospreys, bears, deer, mink, bass and trout all without leaving house. Love Pine Creek and this place has it all.

Amazing space for our group. Only up for 2 nights, but we got 2 nights in of fishing and some quality time around the camp fire!

The water pressure was a problem all week. Showers would shut off every time for a few minutes then come back on. The sinks were the same. I feel the game room and third bathroom should be more clearly defined as a detached building. The view and outdoor spaces were incredible!
